Paul has been admitted to practice before all Virginia courts, the Federal District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Virginia, and the U. S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit.His practice includes sophisticated estate planning, including estate tax planning, wills, trusts, powers of attorney and advance medical directives, as well as asset protection, Medicaid planning, special needs planning, guardianships, and conservatorships.Paul’s prior focus on creditor representation in bankruptcy and collection matters and his experience in residential and commercial real estate law both provide him important insight for his estate planning and elder law practice.
