Ashley is the Legal Operations Manager at Virginia Elder Law, PLC. She plays a key role ensuring the firm’s day-to-day operations run efficiently and effectively. Ashley graduated from Old Dominion University and brings more than 15 years of prior corporate-level operations experience with major financial and banking institution, with a strong focus on process improvement, project management, and organizational efficiency.
Ashley works closely with the allied professional partners and vendors, on a wide range of operational projects. She collaborates with attorneys and staff to develop, improve, and streamline internal processes that enhance both the client experience and team productivity. From coordinating new projects to implementing workflow improvements, Ashley is dedicated to creating processes that support the firm’s mission of providing exceptional service to clients and their families.
Outside of the office, Ashley enjoys spending time with her family and loves traveling, always seeking new adventures and opportunities to explore.
